From Scientific Principles to Evidence

Every claim we make is grounded in evidence. This section provides the supporting references and scientific sources behind the information presented across our website, enabling transparency, traceability, and informed evaluation.

Evidence Defines the Claim

Every claim is grounded in the available scientific evidence. Published, peer-reviewed research and established scientific sources form the basis for the information we communicate.

Where the evidence demonstrates variability, uncertainty, or a range of outcomes, our claims and language are calibrated accordingly. The strength and scope of each claim remain aligned with what the evidence supports.

Understanding the Evidence Behind Each Category.

Men's Health

Standardized fenugreek extract has been evaluated across multiple clinical trials for its relation to testosterone levels⁹ and broader psychological, physical, and muscular performance outcomes¹⁰˒¹¹. Ashwagandha root extract has demonstrated efficacy and safety for sexual health in healthy men across independent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies¹²˒¹³, and Safed Musli's traditional use in vitality contexts is supported by pharmacological review¹⁴.

Bone & Joint Health
Bone & Joint Health

Bone & Joint Health

Musculoskeletal disorders, including osteoarthritis, represent one of the largest and fastest-growing burdens of disability worldwide, with projections continuing to rise through 2050¹. Among studied interventions, UC®-II undenatured type II collagen has been evaluated in a multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled trial for its effect on knee joint flexibility², and standardized curcumin extracts have shown supporting evidence for physical function in older adults with low-grade inflammation³.

Women's Health
Women's Health

Women's Health

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is now recognized as a major global burden among women of reproductive age, with incidence projected to increase further by 2050⁴. Botanical and amino-acid-based interventions have been studied specifically in PCOS and fertility-support contexts — including Shatavari root extract⁵˒⁶˒⁸ and N-acetylcysteine⁷.

Daily Nutrition
Daily Nutrition

Daily Nutrition

More than five billion people worldwide do not consume adequate essential micronutrients through diet alone, a gap modeled in detail across 185 countries²⁷ and tracked by the World Health Organization's ongoing micronutrient surveillance programs²⁸˒²⁹. Within this category, green tea catechins have been studied for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity³⁰, effects on cognition, sleep, and mood when combined with L-theanine³¹, and broader anti-aging and metabolic outcomes³²˒³³˒³⁴. Glutathione has been evaluated for antiaging and antimelanogenic effects and oral bioavailability³⁵˒³⁶, and vitamin C combined with zinc has been studied for immune-supportive outcomes³⁷.

Reproductive Wellness

Reproductive Wellness

Roughly one in six people worldwide will experience infertility during their lifetime, a burden distributed evenly across income levels and regions. Long-term L-arginine supplementation has been studied in a multicentre randomized trial for vasculogenic erectile dysfunction¹⁵, and L-arginine combined with L-citrulline has been reviewed for athletic and physical performance¹⁶. N-acetylcysteine's documented effects extend to endometriosis-related fertility outcomes¹⁷ and IVF/ICSI cycles in women of advanced maternal age¹⁸, while L-carnitine has been studied for its role in exercise recovery¹⁹ and broader nutritional support²⁰.

Urinary & Intimate Wellness

Urinary tract infections remain among the most common bacterial infections worldwide, with mechanisms of infection well documented in the literature²¹. Lactic acid and lactic acid–producing bacteria have been studied for their role in maintaining vaginal epithelial barrier integrity²²˒²³ and vaginal microbial homeostasis²⁴, with a randomized, placebo-controlled trial demonstrating sustained effects on genital immunology following bacterial vaginosis treatment²⁵. Vaginal lactobacilli have additionally been studied for their protective role against urinary tract infection occurrence and recurrence²⁶.
